Scott Massy Director Omega Capital

Scott Massey

Over his 30+ year career, Scott has gained extensive experience in financing development projects, and refinancing and restructuring all types of property finance.

His early involvement with property came as a commercial real estate agent with one of New Zealand’s most respected realtor companies. The grounding in commercial property sales, developments and investment transactions in this role led to Scott joining Bayleys Real Estate as their first franchisee, growing a new real estate venture from the ground up.

Over this time, Scott specialised in commercial and industrial sales, the syndication of investment property, farm sales and specialist residential sales and property management services.

After many successful years, Scott sold his interests in the company and ventured into property development, working on several large-scale land subdivisions and design-build projects. Once these projects were successfully completed, he progressed to project financing.

This move saw the incorporation of Omega Capital as a specialist property finance facilitator. Today, as Director of Omega Capital Scott enjoys leading the team and working with clients to ensure a great result.
