Scott has been involved in property and property financing for the past 30 years. His early involvement with property as a commercial real estate agent was with one of New Zealand’s most respected realtor companies. The grounding with commercial property sales, developments and investment transactions and experience in this role led to Scott joining Bayley Real Estate as their first Franchisee and growing a new real estate venture from the ground up. Specialising in commercial and industrial sales, syndication of investment property, farm sales and specialist residential sales and property management services.
Selling his interests in the company took Scott into property development and several large scale land subdivisions and design build projects. These projects successfully completed led to the progression to project financing with incorporation of Omega Capital as a specialist property finance facilitator. Scott has vast experience with the financing of development projects and refinancing and restructuring of all types of property finance.

Freddy has 15 years' banking, corporate finance and executive experience. His roles include CEO of one of New Zealand's largest veterinary companies and Head of Strategy of a large Australasian based hotel owner operator. He has worked as an investment analyst for a property focused private equity fund as well as a senior analyst in the mergers and acquisitions team at one of NZ's largest accounting firms.
He grew up in the Canterbury and Marlborough regions exposed to the sheep and beef, wine, dairy, deer and shell fish industries and he maintains a passion for each of these. Over the last 10 years, he has also help set up and is an active shareholder of a wine and vineyard business.
Following university he has been involved with hundreds of investment and development proposals over a wide range of industries. He has a Master of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Otago University.

With a business management qualification and coming from a background in business and marketing and being a registered financial adviser, Olivia is skilled and experienced in the property finance field. Specialising in residential property finance and refinance, she has many out of the box solutions for her clients to obtain the most appropriate funding.
Olivia has an ownership interest in Omega Capital and Omega Capital’s Underwrite Investment Company, NZ Capital Guarantee Ltd. She also takes care of the marketing of Omega’s services and administration of the very busy office.
Alex Matheson

Alex grew up dairy farming in coastal Taranaki, he has around 20 years’ experience in the banking and insurance sector, with experience in the personal, business and corporate financial sectors.
He has extensive knowledge of the dairy industry through corporate and compliance roles with a large independent dairy processor in New Zealand.This combination of knowledge adds significant depth to the Omega Capital team. Alex is a graduate of Marcus Oldham Farm Management College in Geelong, Australia and holds a masters in business administration (MBA) from the University of Waikato.
